100x stronger than luffy? i do agree with some of you, it makes all those defeated by luffy (2 of them is Shichibukai ) extremely weak and do not deserve the Shichibukai title at all.

too early to say that, luffy bounty from beating 1 shicibukai almost same with those so called noobs. they must have did something quite great to earn that much bounty. of course luffy bounty suppose to be much much more

will shanks send his own men as well?

luffy will take those teletubies first, i doubt marine can afford to send an admiral to attack since they are facing not one, but possibly 2 emperor in white beard and shanks

Luffy doesnt seem to improve much since his 2nd (or 3rd) gear except we know he got very powerful haki, but the haki wont work against top pirate/marine

for the government to fear just one group of pirates, i wonder why they even considered to challenge whitebeard, imagine if shanks decide to join hand with whitebeard (i doubt it even if they have the same mission to save ace)
