The price is cheap compare to KL projects but definitely not cheap for the location.

Went to Nouvelle Hotel at 5pm after receiving their SMS, the manager so nice allowed me to get in to get a quick look
According to the SA, now the cheapest available unit is 956sqf, RM330k with 5% rebate. That's about RM330psf. If you do not like the unit you get, they will not force you to buy and give you a full refund.  I'll also give it a pass.
