Yup. I did a quick google map distance check, and compared to where I'm renting right now *Bandar Saujana Putra*, its even nearer for me. Heck, I won't even be driving myself to work, so that wouldn't even be an issue. My usual hangout places are around Bangsar anyway, which again, is almost the same driving distance compared to where I'm currently renting, and I've got no qualms with highway driving every once in a while 

Hahaha, that's just the tip of the iceberg of course. Will definitely be looking more into it when I have the time, probably in the coming few days.

Same here, I'd rather have a populated area with a mature community compared to a series of highrise buildings with for sale/rent signs plastered all over every few months. 
Again, with those few universities nearby and KLIA 2 soon to be launched, I'm pretty sure there would be a fair share of professionals, both young and old who would be looking at getting a place for the long run. Fingers crossed of course.

Will probably be staying there for a couple of years myself, till I hit the next milestone in my career. After that I'll see how it goes. For all I know I'd be able to afford a nice landed semi-d nearby by then and just move down the road or something.
Pilots, stewards/stewardesses, engineers, lecturers from the surrounding universities etc. Personally, I have a good feeling that KLIA 2 might be a game changer, but that's just me..
