have few questions coz all SAs are so busy, no chance for me to ask them.

1. residential title or commercial title? freehold right? freehold right?

2. SA said MOT not included, any idea when we need to pay it and how much it will be? any other charges like reimbursement?

3. Since A1, A2, B1 and B2 will be opened for selection, what will be the total units for these 4 blocks? 1500 units? the another 1500 units will be Block C1, C2, D1 and D2 right?

4. Any idea A1 & A2 will be facing north or south; the opposition side of the swimming pool?

5. What are the full packages? i just know 5% rebate, 4 air cond, 2 heaters, 2 bathroom glass, 2 car park?

6. which block will you guys most likely to choose? Block A?

7. What is the additional sf for the 5th floor Terrance unit? worry the high maintenance fee if choose thise unit.

8. will you guys take MRTA or MLTA?

9. What is the maximum price for the unit in Savanna unit?

is it true that if you have 2 houses where the all the loans have been settle then you still can apply 90% loan for the 3rd house?

if SNP only get signed in Dec, not sure the 2014 budget plan will influence it or not since it will be announced in Oct

Mine 1 is corner unit, close to a2 so should be fine. Is the high tension cable existing one or going to build?

My number was selected in the 290 ++. So lucky still can get my unit.

Ya I was surprised as b1 is much cheaper than a1 and a2.

Btw savanna is not facing north and south completely and those units a1, a2 that facing north will have to bear with sunset coz these units are actually facing north-west. I believe b1 unit that are facing swimming will be affected as well.

i would like to know about this as well, is it related to the package - 2 carpack, 4 air cond, 2 heaters, 2 shower glass? BTW does it come with 1yr free maintenance as well?

bro, is ur unit facing swimming pool? if yes then it might affected by the sunset coz the savanna is facing north-west actually. the other side will be facing block C. anyway let's share more info since we're neighbor.
