passing by the the savanna site today and it seems the showroom is working in progress (the other side of the plus highway), does anyone know when the show room will be ready? I believe it will sure boost up the sales once the show room is ready

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Oct 7 2013, 01:45 PM) How different will this showroom be as compared to the show room at Nouvelle Hotel? From what I see, the current showroom at Nouvelle is very good already, given the fact that it is deceiving (since it has no walls and flows smoothly to the rest of the sales gallery) and conveniently located (close to KL as compared to the actual site). No need to pay toll too. that actual showroom at site there should be a show village which not just the show room for the savanna but also other projects like the linked house and etc.Just my 6 cents. |

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Oct 7 2013, 04:50 PM) The one at hotel has a ceiling height of 11 feet, something that you won't find in the actual product. I think the showroom at the actual site will be much closer to the actual product, as compared to the one at the hotel. Without the wall, it looks ultra spacious - 'endless' feel. Sa told me the ceiling is about 10 feet. If really 10 feet then I think it is quite good dy as my landed also just 10 feet. |

QUOTE(bbsanta @ Oct 7 2013, 09:22 PM) Intel Your MBB -2.4 is attached with MRTA ? For RHB they told me if the loan amount over 350K only will get -2.45 excluded MRTA. i just compared for -2.4 and -2.45 rate, it seems can save RM10 per month with extra -0.05 so will consider RHB if really can get - 2.45 as i will take 5yrs MRTA even if i've decided to go with MBB. |

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Oct 10 2013, 01:44 PM) Even if own stay, if you are a working adult, and parents are not staying together, it's ok to get units that are getting afternoon sun, it is ok I feel. Since you'll most probably get back home around 7pm or so, sun would be long gone, except for the weekends. The place I am staying gets direct afternoon sun but I'm ok with it since I'm away from 8am to 8pm. Weekends is spent either going back to hometown or day out with fiance. but after the afternoon sun, the house will be quite hot during the night unless u switch on ur aircond. just my opinion. But if I have children, I would most probably opt for a shaded one instead. |

QUOTE(vinchee1219 @ Oct 10 2013, 10:34 PM) i think it is important during the construction period. normally 5yrs means 5+3 and most of the banker also recommend to buy the lowest which is 5+3 at 100k. but i've requested 10+3 at 200k; around RM2500. |

Hi Guys,
just went to the their sales office, and here are the latest available units. currently booked percentage is about 73% for these 3 blocks (A1, A2 & B1); if includes the B2 then it will be around 81%. what is your opinion about the sales for this project till now (since 9/28)?
