Just called MS and they confirmed that the 38k in clause 9 is referring to the upgrade package (i.e. 1 extra car park @ 18k cost, 4 a/c + 2 heaters + 2 shower screen @ 20k cost -->mahalnya  ). These are already included in the purchase price so no need to pay extra. Make sure SPA later is reflected correctly.

So it could be that future buyers need to pay 38k to get those extra items on top of the unit price...though seems too much...

they also confirmed that the bumi price actually doesn't start from the indicated price on the board but dunno some other price after including the upgrade package above...hence doesn't seem 7% off the indicated price...

Hello guys.. I managed to get 1 unit also. Called up at 3rd group, #45.. Enter the gallery only to see that tower b1, type B unit blok 1 finish ody..  End up took b1, blok 13A level 18.. very chaos down there, dont even got time to look around for price, and d SA also not helping much.. huhu

I saw the 'break tank' at the block unit sheet, dunno wth is dat thing since this is d 1st kondo for me. I opt for floor 8, but sold ody. So my hubby just simplypick level 18 bcos they called up our number ody down there.. ahaha.. but at the sheet, it is on the south facing nilai right. Mine is pool facing.. Hopefully does not make too much noise till 18th floor..

level 18 not level 13A, then it should be fine. mine 1 is level 8 coz my wife afraid of height and it is cheaper as well
