i just confirmed with the Bank SA (MBB), even thought i have signed the offer letter (not the loan agreement) but it is still have 3% penalty if i cancel the unit later.

SA told me this Wednesday they will get the *AP/DL* approval dy and need to pay the 10% d/payment if we want to be eligible for the 1K Aeon voucher regardless whether they got the approval or not..
so what is your opinion? sign or not sign? |
