That is too bad...Mah Sing should include the DIBS in this Savanna Executive Suite Project, otherwise it is totally unfair to buyers....In addition, because of their wrong expected completion date, it definitely affect a lot of buyers and indirectly affect Mah Sing reputation...They should act professional and give a best solution to all buyers...otherwise I believe many buyers will cancel the order and request for 3k refund...

I think better don't sign off the pre s&p... as a purchaser there are no rules or law that can protect us if this project screw up...

I'm at southville gallery.. SA told me they are waiting for PDL approval, mayb end feb settle already. So SnP is on Mac n 48months will be stated in it. They asked approval from KPKT, waiting for it. They said what to do, suddenly got this big rock at the A1 area, so have to drag d construction period. Huhu.. Right now they only have d pre snp to sign.. As they said dont want to be crowded when d real snp time. Huh

I think u sign letter of offer only right? It depend on your bank t&c.. You must read the clause properly.. If im not mistaken Some bank will impose penalty if you do the cancellation to recover the legal fees and processing cost .. The worst scenario if you already signed off the loan agreement.. But i think it is impossible as you still dont have the valid s&p.. And loan legal fees also i think is irrelevance since the lawyer cannot proceed the loan agreement without s&p.. The best is you should ask your bankers clarification.. Im also a newbie
