bro, the easiest route should be from PLUS highway straight to KL-Seremban express way and you can use smart tunnel. i think this should be the most direct 1..

i received their call today also. they said they are going to stamp it at the end of the month; not sure how true it is.

I also asked what are they going to offer us with 48 months of construction period, they said nothing. I told them I'll discuss with my lawyer 1st .. haha

If im not mistaken Some bank will impose penalty if you do the cancellation to recover the legal fees and processing cost .. The worst scenario if you already signed off the loan agreement.. But i think it is impossible as you still dont have the valid s&p.. And loan legal fees also i think is irrelevance since the lawyer cannot proceed the loan agreement without s&p.. The best is you should ask your bankers clarification.. Im also a newbie  tongue.gif

just received an update from SA. the price from savanna will be increased in 1st of march but not sure how true it is.

wanna ask, if we sign the SA after march will our price get affected?

the SA said the stamping mostly in April. each SA has different stamping date, weird...
