Yes im aware of it but how the goverment going to cut cost and pump in money for these mega project?  Isnt that  many predict blr will rise,  property over supply  studio, soho, condos,  over priced, and still developer launching non stop one after another.

They sell-fish (self tongue.gif ) they now try to grab as much $$ as they can at current heat market price before plunge (after plunge price cheaper earn lesser before recover) ..

The sell-fish mindset of developer-to-developer is the same as country-to-country, save the earth don't over develop, reduce burning etc, they care but who actually doing it very much? ..

developers also like that, they care, asking and wishing other developers do not keep launching project, but everybody non-stop launching .. government see it, government should step in (yeah, they do, they were thinking to implement policies on Rakyat doh.gif )

i believe most of them rather choose to buy bigger unit at outskirts, such as Cheras Puchong Klang Kepong Selayang, than buy a single room apartment at town area.

Personally I think the market have indeed been saturated

But no one is prepare to burst the bubble because by not acknowledging it, they can prefix their current condo rental at a more premium price to cover for over non performing rental unit

becareful of blanket statement and general observation, they are never accurate and should not be relied on for decision making

oversupply must be analysed in a location specific manner, for example, if there is only one high end g&g condo in an area being surrounded by many landed old houses without g&g and there is no more land in that area for another condo, there is a possibility that the condo can appreciate as good as or even better than the surrounding landed houses
