Hi, those who workout in celebrity fitness, i just wanna know is the dumbbell are measured in pound or kg?
Because on the dumbbell, it just written number, doont have kg or lbs. thanks guy cheers

My dumbbell plates got write in kg i think..bought in fitness concept. Not sure about celebrity fitness tho. Perhaps you can ask the trainers there?

I think you can roughly guess by the feel.. 1 pound is roughly half a kilo, so if the dumbbells written '10' but doesnt feel heavy then its likely in pound/lbs

usually dumbbell is measure in KG

if you doing some workout on the gym then the measurement should be LBS

You could just ask the staff?

Look for the heaviest db. If it's in triple numbers its lbs.

Gyms that are open specifically for profit. Hence you see a lot of marketing, strategic locations, luxurious and top of the line facilities etc.
