I don't know what should be the price,
but I know this is not a difficult task.....
just design the template n put all the contents inside, done...
(without the staff area la I mean...)

if this worths 5k, your caricature website would worth more than 10k...

ps~ hehe... no offence, just to state that your caricature site is much better than your company's...

but it's an art-irrelevant webpage, so cannot make it too graphical...

I guess his "4 days" is included with the php programming.....
yes the design can be done within 1 day, but how about the back-end?
