my note 2 accidentally in touch with water in goes into the motherboard and now cannot switch on.. can it be fixed? and how much is the repair cost approx.

i put inside my bag with water bottle. the watter bottle have the leakage and get in touch with my note 2.. i dried it and still.. cannot switch on afterwards. rm700??? thats so exp..
