Just wanna share something here! I missed my long lost note 2 . Anyways, just informing that anyone who's experiencing battery drainage or wakelocks, you can go ahead and check your google play version. 4.1.6 is having some location bugs which causing some serious battery drainage. After updating to latest version (4.3.10), "HOLA" wakelocks are gone!

Note: Found out the problem recently after I got back from Hong kong. Wakelocks almost 24/7. Formatted sd card and etc, none of them works until I trigger the Google apps location service off and on to observe and I got it right! It's playstore!
