Then how to validate that they indeed changed and not just flashed my software?

i think i must mess up something, heres the story

at 1st i flashed moon rom but change the modem because the rom allows it, being a dumb curious son of a b**** i tried it,

now the fon went crazy, so i flashed back stock rom from

but now i cant make calls out, wifi works...

pls help me out.. i can feel my shit touching my pants

You can get cheaper plan without phone. I think joytest calculate before.

For plans where you pay less than 90/mo, savings are around 200. For plans more than 90/mo, savings up to 500 but I don't use so much talk time and I'm on data most of the time. If you do talk that much then 150/mo with 500 or more savings could be worthwhile.

try these steps

1. go to app info and wipe data / cache / force close then try to open, if persists
2. go to your recovery, wipe cache & dalvik, then fix permissions and then reboot

if all above fails, reinstall ROM

UPDATE:

after switching to TW from AOSP, my computer has problem detecting my phone.... how do i get it working? (i reinstalled and rerereinstalled drivers, drivers through KIES and driver repair through KIES but to no avail)

i dunno where to get stock kernel... never mind wiped system and flashed ARHD 19 again

let's see if the toolkit / windows / kies will help (in that order) 

UPDATE:

after wipings and reflashing ARHD with stock kernel:
1. toolkit = failed
2. windows auto = failed
3. kies = trying it our right now

why cannot detect when its fine before?
