can i direct dirty flash Cataclysm from 4.1.2 AOKP? If not can list out a non-destructive method (for my pictures and personal data).

AFAIK boype still hasn't allowed his Fancy kernel to work with PGM, which is my current combo and preventing me to flash 4.3.

Hope I don't have to change kernel because of PGM for long.

i just flash it this morning.... see not much diff...mayb didnt explore much...i wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik ...i think is is the way if we upgrade from the same developer rom. no fc since using this rom.

@iwanagp, so far i tested NFC on whole time, phone slightly warm, but no heavy battery drain.

HOWEVER, i did not take into account that tasker is running or so, my bet is that will be the battery drain.

i flash to aokp just now. installed tiba from google play. my first attempt to download tiba, i get error 927.. three times.. then suddenly okay, i can download.. then when i open tiba, said root failed..

what happens?

I don't like to support those business practices though. Also, Samsung is trying to lock down their phones it seems, so... I don't like that company. I'd probably look towards China for my next phone... Oppo, Xiaomi, Meizu, ... something along those lines.
