I dun think the M application will be void, it's just that if U decide to leave the W scheme, then U'll have to resign 1st la. & it's not that easy to resign from govt post. There are other ways, like tukar skim, but then, U'll have to be in the govt 1st. The W scheme is not that bad U know.

Of course. There are many overweight guys & gals. The PTD scheme is not military service U know. There are many other things to consider beside the physical test.

As if this kinda thing doesn't happen in the private sector. What are the odds that one interviewer will get his or her relative during the interview process ? What are the odds that a person can be selected to interview ppl ? How many ppl applying ? You do the math. Chances are, if Ur father/mother/relative owns a company, U'll stand a better chance to work for their company.
