Sorry to ask, any idea how to be a part of PTD. Last 2 year, I'm at 2nd stage, exam but failed. Last year, I did't renew my SPA, maybe that's why    they didn't call the exam. Early this year, I resubmit again my SPA. Under PTD I can see, 'Melepasi syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan.."

So, I guess, there will be an online exam around this month or next month. Did you all have any tips, what to study, or anything relate to PTD that I need to study.

I'm really hoping to be a part of Government servant. Now working with industry, and its very difficult for me to buy my 1st house. Private sector if not big company, loan very difficult to approve. I'm very frustrating on how to survive day by day. Monthly commitment, pay house rent(already 30% amount from my salary, end up still not my house) others bill, car rent, eat, toll, all etc etc.

Maybe I should consider to do part time business/job.   

U working for gov? Pls check your facts first la.

No matter what your salary in private, once u come in as a 41, u start from minimum unless u have masters or phd.

Many enter gov sacrificing their high pay coz wanna serve the country. Many also rejected gov offers because of their current commitments far exceeding the offered salary.

PTD m41 base salary is 2400+900 = 3300

Add 225 for subsequent years till naik pangkat to 44. So logically you’ll hit about 5k after 5yrs or service excluding any revision in salary scale. Cycle continues as u get promoted.

I hope my post clears all the misconception by some forumers.

I dont quite remember, but i once sit for PTD interview after pas the exam.. the interviewer said he like me but think i am not ‘yes boss’ type.. so he advice me to change my attitude if i got to join the service..

I still working in gov tho just not M..i involve with lot of ptd and i really thankful to god because not let me becoming one of ptd..for us ( my dept) ptd is the most useless post in gov.sorry my ptd friend, but bear my word u are not professional carrier..like doctor, engineer, lawyer and etc

Even food culinair degree also can become ptd..so i am not amaze if our country becoming worst day by day..

In china, half of the their top rank gov officer is an engineer.. we can see how much their country further than us..
