My friends that was successful in attending the PAC told me that the running test will only being held once. Yup, you need to pass the test before you could attend the PAC.

I think you can apply even though you haven't finished with your studies yet.. Just make sure that you mentioned that you haven't finished in the form that you'll be filling in via the SPA website..
The minimum requirement is that you have/will have a degree in any field as long as it's recognized by LAN.. Other than that, no minimum cgpa/minimum age etc..

For 24/3 Unggul, it'll be held at INTIM.

Btw Tenno, starting from this new batch intake, there's M41 contracts + the permanent ones. They must perform in order to be permanent after 1 year IINM.

But Tenno, the M41 contracts for this new intake are being offered as M41 not as N41 scheme. The only difference is that whether they're contracts or permanent.

Yup, there's still a chance to be permanent after 1 year. I think the another requirement is, you need to perform (your LNPT must be excellent). Actually there's already a lot of N41 contracts being converted to permanents. They just simply had to attend interviews and if they passed, they will be converted to M41 scheme. They just went to their own Unggul in January this year.

Hi senior, just got back from my DPA last month I wanna add some more info on this new module, it's called Community & Social Responsibility Module (CSR). The duration for this module is for a week, and during our time there, we need to make observations in a min. of 5 units/departments in the hospital. And after going back to INTAN afterwards, we need to prepare a 20 pages report on the observations and suggestions to improve the management of the units/depts and I do think that this will be a permanent module in a DPA course after this. Hope that would clear up any confusions.

And also there's another new module being introduced in my batch, Pengurusan Krisis & Bencana (Disaster & Crisis Management). Mostly in this module, we learnt about MKN20 and the roles of each departments/agencies involved during a crisis, such an example would be the latest incident at Bukit Antarabangsa.

Hehe, actually MKN20 was also being taught to us in the fireman's module. UDPA invited all the agencies involved such as the police, KEMAS, fireman and also those from PBSM to give speeches on what is actually their role and responsibilities during a disaster crisis. And also speakers from the M scheme esp. those from MKN. The evaluation process for us is being done through table tops, basically a meeting simulation, roleplaying etc.

FYI Zana, actually there's a new unit just being setup to cater the contract PTD officers in the service division at JPA. This can only means that JPA is on the move to hire many more contract PTD officers in the near future.

The longest I've heard is around 45 minutes for an interview but it actually depends on the interviewers. Bear in mind the interview will be conducted with First In First Out (FIFO) basis. So if you want to settle early, you need to arrive there as early as possible to get the single digit turn... Hope that helps...

IINM the exam should be in this month, the exact date I cannot recall though...

Basically if you got that message meaning few docs need to be clarified 1st by SPA...such as ur degree certs, whether it's endorsed by JPA or few other docs that you maybe forgot to include during the interview process...there's a lot of possibility, to get the correct reason I'd suggest you to contact SPA about your status...
