If someone really good, he can easily earn rm10k below 40 working in private sector.

and need to remember, gomen sector is how good u are, still promotion is time based.

if private sector, u can pintas ur senior, but not gomen sector.

majority of my friends not even pass exam. A few goes to pac, from that, even fewer goes to final interview and been accepted as a cadet.

I believe PTD intake is among the hardest job application ever in malaysia.

Not like normal job interview, PTD heavily looks on appearance and looks, personality, mindset, knowledge and etc.

So ya, so much indicator can influence ptd cadet acceptance.

That is what makes ptd tough to me.

Some candidates can easily please interviewer if he tick requirement needed to become ptd eventhough he is a fresh grad and beat the rest who got tons of working experienced

While some candidate who does not have ptd cutting will never make it eventhough he gots tons of working experienced. And Im really sure, interviewer also did not like him and provoke him throughout interview session.

I dont deny other interview process are tougher, but they are tougher in their own unique way. The same goes for ptd selection.

In term of question. Other big international or mnc company might got harder more focused question related to the field of study while ptd interview question more like on broad scope related to general knowledge.

But indeed I agree with u, we cant simply please this veteran panel.

U got ptd cutting, they can easily pass u. And if opposite, can say goodbye

That is what make its so tough since it is out of candidates control.
