it should be formal. we r talking about the govt here..everything also formal. covered shoes, baju kurung.. my mom told me bout applicants that go for interview wearing slacks (for females)..the interviewer will definitely breathe fire and ask u bout etika berpakaian and so on..that will go into the interview report and u'll definitely wont get the position..
