THey say hardware and software wise.. guess its software playing the part to make it more efficient.

Top up a little and you can get an ipad mini. or nexus 7.

But will the additional features in note3 be in note 2?
If yes, then i think not much difference between note3 and note2 other than the hardware.. Since note 2 is still powerful..

If budget constrain, why not? Seeing note2 around 1.5k now, by the time note3 out, will drop even more..

Actually on second thought, I doubt I will use those extra features much.. I wont be using scrapbook, screen write. New multi window sure seems interesting. pen window is a little useless.. Wont be taking out the pen just to draw a window..too much hassle.
