I think the new octacore exynos will be a lot better than octacore on the s4. Even heard it has better memory management and so. should outperform s800...

Samsung still don't mastered the technology of radio sad.gif

How good also, it can't encode 4K Video. You can't play 4K Video and can't record 4K Video.

No LTE or LTE-A also. hehe...

And I am pretty sure LTE will have for development at XDA than Exynos edition.

S800 is more open source then Exynos biggrin.gif

More tweaks and in depth development brows.gif

No..that's not right.
S3 9305 and Note2 7105...both have LTE and worked perfectly without any issue (well..except for unexpected SDS..lolz).

Only Octa have issue. Maybe they had solved it for Note3 since it's using the 2nd generation Octa 5420 instead of the older 5410.
But I won't take any chances. Somemore most devs reside in europe/us and using the SnapDragon. Meaning more support on custom roms/kernel.

The LTE is not build on the same processor die, it's a separated chipset nod.gif

S800 got LTE implemented directly on the die

Ok, so perhaps the GN3 will have REEEEAAAALLLLYYYYY GOOOD battery life, despite LTE and huge FHD screen:

Thanks to a new chip, the Galaxy Note 3′s huge screen won’t kill its battery
http://gigaom.com/2013/09/05/thanks-to-a-n...ll-its-battery/

The charge on the Galaxy Note 3 is going to last a lot longer than you think – and not just because of the slightly larger battery Samsung is shipping with the handset. Buried within the radio guts of the phone is a tiny chip called an envelope tracker, and it will reduce the power necessary to keep the Note connected to the network by as much as 30 percent...
*
Hmm, does this means for a non 3G or LTE users they won't see a significant improvement compare to a N2 with no 3G or LTE.

Eventually the price will be around 2k for LTE in 3months. By CNY I bet can get exynos version for 1.8K.

*
I don't think Samsung will reduce so fast, else first batch buyers would rage

My sense told me the 32GB LTE version will be RM2599

Hmm , I wonder if the USB 3 does charge faster on the wall socket. I do know that it charges faster via USB3 slot though.
*
On a wall charger, it was likely to be same as NII which is already charging on 2A

the quick charge only enable when we plug in ac or applicable to usb charging too?
*
Normal computer USB2 port max power = 500mA. USB3 port at 900mA.
Charge using power adapter 2000mA doesn't matter USB2 or USB3

then the quickcharge only applicable on power adapter?
do them work for power bank too?
*
Note II only USB2 port so when charge using PC only 500Ma

anyways ipong5s rumoured to come with fingerprint scanner, why samseng no put  sad.gif

I tried Motorola Atrix before, fingerprint sensor is not pratical. It's slow and if your hand is oily, it won't work.

Unless Apple manage to figure out all these else the fingerprint just a gimmicky feature.

If u have tried it on Japanese phones recently , your view would be different . It's practical now unlike Atrix , a little stain or oily fingers doesn't make a difference

More RAM ease multitask and quicker app switching without reloading biggrin.gif

S3 performance is good but the RAM is too little.
