Actually is MicroUSB + another USB3

It is microusb .... 3.0.

It has 2 sections. 1 section is the same plug as the microusb 2.0, the 2nd part when you use a microusb 3 cable you get 10x speeds...hopefully.

I have not tried, but the cable is supposed to be backwards compatible, and if you read Xeactorz's post a little earlier it states you can use the current cable for 1 part of the port. Will add to post 2.

I am using a Seagate Backup Plus external HDD which using the same cable

The left side is exactly a MicroUSB and the left side is the USB3.0 additional PIN

I try to use my external HDD using normal MicroUSB cable, it works
