Based on user feedback and review on the S4, the lte version has better smoothness in terms of GPU and slightly better battery life, furthermore more ROM support for lte version. So I believe it will be the same for note 3, furthermore with the SD800 (compared to SD600 in S4) I think the Note 3 will be really butter smooth working together with 3gb ram..

Just get the S800 edition, they is nothing difficult to decide, not worth to get the Octa core edition, beside no LTE support, they is no support for 4K Video record or playback in Octa core edition.

Also big possible development support will be more wide in S800 edition than Octa core.

the few features that "bothering" me:
1.  USB 3.0 connection
2.  Minimum 32GB internal memory
3.  Better audio quality
4.  Higher reso screen

My wife has hinted she like the Gear.
