QUOTE(WiLyi @ Aug 29 2013, 09:02 PM) Oh man..the counting down is killing. Samsung is really the only company that really knows how to keep their device under the carpet without much info leaked.. In the not too distant past, it was another fruit logo-ed company that did the same. The flame has passed on I suppose by D-3 we should get 90% full leaks, like what happened to most of the Samsung devices in the last few months. |

Hi all, I've been busy lately.
Aspire2oo6 seems to have some sour grapes recently. Although I have my personal distaste for fruit logo'd products, let's not go into long tirades over who's smart or dumb. The internet is full enough of such posts and articles. I think we don't mind the occasional jibe at fruit users but we need to self moderate or we'll get moderated. Well, 3 more days, or 4 if we count the timezone difference. |

QUOTE(gin&tonic @ Sep 1 2013, 11:50 PM) In a few more days this thread is going to fly. Hoping for 5.9" screen, 3gb of ram with base 32gb device will be excellent. I won't say "useless" for some of them. If they packed the device with the sensors from S4 and improved on it, it will be fantastic, especially the ambient temperature and humidity sensor. I got a Japan phone and have been playing with it a bit.It has a fingerprint sensor, FHD screen, IP58 waterproof-ness, REMOVABLE BATTERY, sdcard, pace monitor (number of steps you've taken), temp and humidity sensor, IR transceiver, Bluetooth 4 with BLE, NFC !!!! The only thing missing is a wireless charging option. Let's see Samsung cram all this in that will be sweet. |

QUOTE(dopeziggy @ Sep 1 2013, 11:58 PM) Saw that the note 3 official lock screen wallpaper leaked. Looks colourful! From the type of pic, looks like we will see some kind of brush emulation effect on the S-pen as a native feature.http://pcmamak.com/wallpaper-lock-screen-g...lum-pengumuman/ That's just my suspicion. So another article about the the accelerated rollout.
Monday, September 02, 2013 12:56 AM GMT http://www.appy-geek.com/Web/ArticleWeb.as...icleid=12579386 ......Further, we have purported evidence from Engadget that suggests we should expect the Galaxy Note 3 to on September 16, as seen below. It should be noted that this is likely when Three will receive the first stock, and that it is a report out of the UK, a market that traditionally receives the latest in mobile technology before the US. While you should most certainly take the above document with a grain of salt, it's 100% likely that most major markets will be getting the Galaxy Note 3 by the end of September....... |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Sep 3 2013, 04:21 AM) Alleged Galaxy Note 3 AnTuTu score and About screen leaked, S Pen functionality remains unchanged from Note 2? It's a "pen"....what more do you expect? The only thing would be the software recognition of its action. As I mentioned on Sunday, perhaps it will default to some kind of brush effect to allow you to paint like Picasso ? http://www.sammobile.com/2013/09/02/allege...r4P72X8.twitter |

Kraken has a casing for the Note 3 already?
![]() It's going to be on 4 September in Berlin, so it will be likely 1am on 5 September here. I am not certain about the actual time though. 1am here is 6pm in Berlin I think. This post has been edited by joytest: Sep 3 2013, 02:26 PM |

QUOTE(WiLyi @ Sep 3 2013, 02:39 PM) Hmm..if judge from this picture, it seems like there will be a thick bezel around the screen. Based on the leaked image, the bezel should be 2.2mm thick The casing needs its own thick bezel to ensure structural integrity. I believe the actual device bezel will also be thin. This casing is a little overboard even for me |

QUOTE(((Xa))0102 @ Sep 3 2013, 03:08 PM) Aren't they equally amusing in iOS forums?QUOTE(Davi37ggs @ Sep 3 2013, 03:10 PM) For the Note series, the main differentiator is the S-Pen using a Wacom active digitizer, and Samsung's nicely packaged software to take advantage of it across the OS. So the point is? I'm just curious.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
