Arghh..after looking at Youtube..it shows that the sdcard slot is sitting at the same place with the simcard.
Duhhh...there goes sdcard hot swappable. 
Now we need to take out the battery just to change the sdcard

Read the XZU thread plenty of issues with SOD, fake hang, soft speaker etc. Even rooting is difficult.
Just hope Note 3 is as stable as Note 2.
