How to enter government workforce? Anybody knows?

must have PMR/SPM/STPM/Degree and such certification... then fill up the form in www.spa.gov.my

during interview, make sure u know the general knowlege, the Malaysia knowlege...
if u can answer, sure no prob for u to enter the gov depart.

jsut curious and wonder, how many of you here (chinese) working in the government dept? what is your reason of entering this sector? can share your experience?

YA..True..depends on which gov organization u wanna join..it's not fixed pay thru all government agencies... i'm working with government wat (chinese male) working in one (BNM)..im not JPA scholarship holder and local grad..and some gov agencies pay real good...i heard the best under ministry of finance is those under LHDN... try ur luck la...

LHDN is corporatise.. it's semi government already... more like private sector... though the salary is high, but they dun have allowances like the government servant, their salary include all.. that's y u will thought that it's high. if u add up your basic n allowances in gov sector, and compare, the salary is almost the same.
