this issue raises quiet often when there is a case where one muslim purposely uploaded his/her picture touching and caressing dogs especially.

There is no prohibition by doing so, but if lets say his act in uploading the pic will later lead to tension among other muslims (because some muslims are ignorants and lazy to learn more about the hukum), it is best to avoid from doing it. Again, it is not a sin to take a picture together with dogs and pigs for muslim.

Can I say that if we find a couple taking photo in a room , we should charge them and interrogate them also, since is consider maksiat and haram between Islam .

No offense Malay friends , due to this petty issue the gov keep on remind us what Malay should not do and other don't you dare to follow . So I need better information .

Some more our minister said we have insufficient of polis enforcement to take care of the security of rakyat!

2) fitna (mother of sin) still doing it on daily basis I.e melodi, tv3 etc
3) zina, sex before marriage (mother of sin) still doing it.
4) touch or keep dog = no sin, just reward deducted as big as mount uhud.

This country is getting more and more ridiculous. Peoples are getting more conservative than ever. Problem is when the minority (the ultra religious) makes the loudest noise, while the moderates are silent.

It is going to take decades after Hudud, Syariah are implemented, then only peoples will realize Islamization, the interference of religion in governance don't bring any good, just like the Iranians did.

As far as my knowledge goes, ( please correct me if im wrong)

1) Islam allows muslims to touch dog without us having to 'samak' (thorough cleaning) as long as both man and dog is in dry condition

2) If wet den have to wash with plain water 7 times plus 1 time water added with clean soil.

3) Muslims are allowed to pet a dog given this 2 conditions:
a) if the muslim is blind and need the dog to guide his path.
b) for safety use like the police trained dogs where it is used to fight crime.

4) for any reason different than that, muslims are not allowed to pet and living together with a dog.

(in the case of a muslim pakcik who create a shelter for dogs is actually permissable, because he does not live together with the dogs)

5) Tho Islam does not approve any kind of cruelty act to dogs (or pigs)
