im not trying to get messy here,and touch the sensitive issues~~~

this issue raises quiet often when there is a case where one muslim purposely uploaded his/her picture touching and caressing dogs especially.
There is no prohibition by doing so, but if lets say his act in uploading the pic will later lead to tension among other muslims (because some muslims are ignorants and lazy to learn more about the hukum), it is best to avoid from doing it.
