Any1 can recommend decent CPU Cooler?

I want to know what is the recommended cpu cooler for AMD 3000+ 939 on a DFI Ultra-D mobo inside a CoolerMaster Centurion 5?
I've been keeping an eye on the AC Freezer Pro64. But some ppl were saying that it blocks the orange DIMM slot. I'm not really into overclocking but i just need a decent CPU cooler as the AMD stock cooler is just too noisy. |

use ur CNQ lar bro...other coolers also not that quite...compared to aftermarkets wan..its betetr use the stock cooling....

the noise might not from the stock HSF..
might from the motherboard chipset fan which run at 7000rpm. if not wrong. |
