Another issue is you can't simply barge into the TNB Substation and install the Power Quality Analyzer. Either you obtain permission from TNB for academic research program, or you install them in a standalone grid-connected photovoltaic facility, which is available in Solar Energy Research Institute (SERI), UKM.
