I don't call Sony Malaysia 'supporting' the Malaysian market. What is it that we got from Sony Malaysia? They know they don't need to support that many consoles since everyone mods them and thus voids their warranty, they didn't even go through the trouble to make english games available here!

If you think it's possible for MS Malaysia to just say "Yeah, let's sell the 360 here. RIGHT NOW!" then I'd guess you have no idea the amount of work involved that is required like Yoroi mentioned.

you can't just simple distribute the consoles like what our game shops are doing right now, there must be proper tech support channels created, head count for regional support, convincing distributors to take stock of games and consoles. The whole network must be established before a proper product can be sold and supported here.

Gamers like us don't need to call product support when we can't seem to get 480P working on our TV, but there are plenty of people out do who do!
