Went to some senior workshop repair car last week and discuss this issue with them, they say cheapest way is to find those painting shop spray the bitumen on the floor, perhaps 2 layers it work well. But they claim now susah cari workshop that willing to do so cause dirty jobs. =P
Btw, would like to try combo bitumen with foam and try the effect. The exhaust sound, engine rev sound and road noise was really annoying, would like the enhance the comfortable while driving cause mostly i drive long distance like KL->JB
Yes, not many shops doing it but there are still plenty. Don't ask me, I don't know.

Actually you can get the spray from hardware store such as ACE or kedai tepi jalan. Those bitumen come in spray can or paint can. DIY it yourself and let it cures properly before start using the car again, as the thing smells too.
I guess this is the cheapest way to dampen your car, and lower the noise inside cabin. Good Luck~
