If the water dripping somewhere in the middle & under the dashboard area, that should be the water from the aircond system. It's perfectly normal. But if the water drips somewhere else especially under the radiator, that should be a worry...

I would like to know if this is the correct process and the outcome of this.

1. Met accident (stop and the guy behind bang me-should be on his phone)

3.He was issued a summon
4.Went to SC to repair and was told that they need to claim my own insurance fist(done my SC)
5.Once done, i will need to take the documents then submit the claim to the other party's insurance company to get my own insurance company reimbursed.

My question:-
i. Will my NCD be affected(SC said will not) (insurance agent said maybe depends on the paperwork)
ii. Is this correct, to claim my own insurance first?
iii. SC said they cannot claim direct on the 3rd party, maybe outside workshop can

Do the mod one by one bro. Test and really feel if that one mod is useful for you or if it is placebo. Step by step also allows you to stop once you are satisfied.

I would say let the pro do the stiff ring installation. It can take a good 30 minutes with de-bolt, greasing and tighten with the correct torque. I would not recommend DIY.

I would assume that you have front tower bar too besides that ARB. Feel the rigidity first of the whole drive after the stiff ring. Drive around more to decide. If you feel it is enough, stop. I thought I had enough only to find that my hands got itchy 2 months later. So I add on the rear lower arm bar (RLAB) to try try see see. I am happy with the result.

ARB and RALB is installed at a different position and doing different work. Not sure if you have looked under the car. If you are looking at the spring as a straight vertical line, the absorber is diagonal. They are not on the same line like the front.

ARB is installed at the bottom of the spring mounting. The ARB pull the 2 sides of mounting together. The springs now works up and down simultaneously in ideal condition. Therefore you will feel the stiffness on uneven road. By establishing these 2 mountings' dependency, the body roll effect is reduced by one side of the tyre being pulled to the ground by the other during cornering. Fortunately and unfortunately, ideal condition does not exist and ARB actually flexes. That is why you won't feel like sitting in a Triton, but still gives you the reduction in body roll effect. I must admit that the drive is slight stiffer than stock on uneven roads. With this flex also, ARB can only claim to reduce but not eliminating the body roll effect.

RLAB is installed slight in front of the ARB. The diagonal suspension lower end will go to a sub frame, which goes to a metal linkage which goes to the main frame. So the linkage will be taken off, leaving 2 holes at one side. 4 holes on both left and right, hence the 4 points bar. This bar is actually a replacement to the metal linkages. Eventhough the linkage is solid, heavy, but the bar is stronger, hence less flex, which in turn generates a better absorber direction behaviour. Pulling the main frame and sub frame together also strengthens the whole chasis. No more feeling like falling apart.

Called them up for booking (Shineway) and the guy said advised to do polish before applying coating - I asked them how much for polish, they said RM 178 after discount (if not mistaken the amount, but it's definitely < 200) - is this true / worth it to polish at that price? I don't usually send my car even for wash so I'm wondering about the pricing and also is it true before coating should polish the car first? any sifus here can advise?

I also bought this voucher and did the 2 layer polish. The service is quite good and I'm quite satisfied with it. Since I waited there for a few hours and have nothing else to do, I kept looking at them as they polish my car. Any spot missed out is pointed out by me and they polish it for me. Although it took about 5 hours for them to get everything done. 

That said, I took the package they have which also includes 3 times car wash. I paid RM215 for it. Did I just overpaid?

Coating layer is middle of Polish and Wax. means Polish > Coating > Wax.

If you do wax only do coating, your coating will fade off within a week.

I have experience buying Shineway as well but is best to do Polish 1st before sent it to do Coating.

I Suggest going to Subang Jaya (Putra Heights) branch as I always go there with their good service and proper treatment. Reason I dont go Sunway Branch is because over there they will up sell a lot due to Sunway area there are too many Car Salon.

So that you can have a protection layer against water mark on you PAINT? Paint looks glossier? Car colour is protected? Paint colour is protected against deterioration? Easier to wash? All of these is feel good effect with a price to pay. Can pay, you like the result, you pshych yourself being feel good, you happy.

Are you sure its the fender hitting sound or the tyre sound? Becasue at that speed no chance to hit fender unless u super-over-overload the car.

If it is the fender then its not normal....check with your SC.

If confirm fender then you should head to SC. 4 person should be a problem since its your stock car.

For those have not received the warranty letter from Naza, you may either email or call them. You can find the contact  info at the back of the manual book / service book. I done my one after 4 months after I received the car when I did not receive any letter from them.  They responded very fast by email me the letter (PDF format ) and also sent me the warranty letter by registered post to my house address. Their service is not lousy as some other people said. 
Normally if you did not send you any thing, why not call them or email to them. They will respond to you. I told all my friends to do the same, all of them got their reply
and letter.
Some time to be fair, it is not their service lousy , we also have to do our part to ensure this document is with us in case any warranty claim.
The warranty letter states clearly what is under warranty and what is not. Plse write to them /email to them if you did not receive any letter from them. This is the important document for your next 5 years.
