versyun 19! last week went to SC Selayang instead of SC Setapak (being there twice for 1k and 10k km services) because my brake disc cover making noise when i drive at uneven road. took about 10 minutes for the SA to notify and about 1 hour to fix and test. previously took more than 2 hours for SA from SC Setapak to identify but couldn't fix. she said "Got a screw not tight and we already replace with a new screw." When I told him the story, he was like
then asked the him whether my warranty will void if i... 1. add DRL 2. change sport rims
he answered, "Yes. Both will void warranty... but those depend on which SC you go for claims." so his answer like 50-50 to me. now i felt better responsiveness. previously need to pedal more to gain that kind of "pickup"
movie is kinda slow, but audio is normal when playing through forte head unit, anybody having this problem? can SC fix?
try to convert the video files to 800x480 maybe? well at least you are able to watch the slow video. mine can only hear the audio while the display shows "ENJOY YOUR MUSIC WHILE DRIVING"
anyone can recommend me good freeware to keep track our petrol expenses? currently i am using excel only and i am not sure whether my formula is right or not because sometimes i do "little refuelling"

I emailed Naza Kia Careline today regarding the warranty today morning. I got a call from them explaining to me that the warranty is 2years(KIA) + 3years(NAZA). They said will send the confirmation letter next week which will reach me by Monday as they told me. Will update once i receive the letter.
eh yours is from the last batch right? shouldn't be 2 + 3
I can't hear it during initial start up. A short drive after the initial start up I can notice the low helicopter noise. Very once in a blue moon. I heard it like 3 times in 6 months?
happened while braking when driving slowly at the start up?
Jeng jeng..it happened again this morning at traffic light..first there was a slight jerk when chg frm N to D..the D indicator is not lighted at meter cluster..the N indicator remains even after gear chg to D Managed to snap pics during the traffic to show at sc later.... [attachmentid=3665216] [attachmentid=3665217] [attachmentid=3665219]
happened to me once before... but only once. I didn't rev, just pushed it back to N then pulled back to D.
This the 3rd time..1st time was 3-4 months back..2nd & 3rd occured 1 month apart..the car is still driveable but it will back to normal once i off & on the engine..the slight jerk also disappear.
I didn't notice any jerk in my case. Same situation as yours at traffic light, when I put back the gear into D, there was neither D nor N displayed and I just spontaneously put it back to N then D. If it occurs again, only then I report SC
Lock 4 tyres with the yellow locks the security from 1U use because you park illegally. Then independently chain the 4 locks. Then chain the 4 tyres to the ground using chains, bolts and nut. Put laser on your window to prevent window breaking. Then take out the breaker too so they can't start the car. Then modify the steering to detachable. Bring the steering around. Then put device to explode the car if car is moved with alarm on.
From SMM, I still have the adjustable, steel brake hose.
and don't forget that mr. Beans door lock style does anyone here know what is the best value for forte alignment? for rear wheels, both are set to 0.00. how about front? thanks.
FC prior to 1st service: 12.5L/100km (95% city drive) -
Engine oil used: Micking SS 10w40
Problems after 1st service: 1) Driver seat squeaking noise 2) Front passenger seat seems to vibrate a lot, especially on uneven roads/slightly faster speed 3) Dashboard rattling??!?!@#^ on & off though
Anyone has any idea why all these "noises" suddenly appear after the very first service? Am thinking to bring my car back to the SC..but if I can get any input from you guys here before that, I might be able to save a trip or two
mine before 1st service almost whooping to 13-14l/100km for full city drive
that was before 1st 1000km and i had to deal with heavy jammed which average was 45minutes++ for only 12km. now already clocked 18500km++ i got 8.2l/100km.
For Forte, there are no alignment for rear wheel, only front wheel need alignment. Because the rear wheel is fix. Hope it helps.
thanks for highlighting this. I already knew that it is fixed for rear and we can only adjust for the front wheel. I was mentioning that i saw the rear was at 0.00, so my question was asking about the best/ optimum value that we can asked to be set at the front wheel.
