I really hate to do this but I really think it is time for me to step in before things get blown out of proposition.

It seems like after awhile, people tend to forget the true reason this guild was formed at the 1st place. Hence, a reminder to all of you, this guild is for fun and not in any way, was formed to become a competitive Dota 2 guild. We are the home for a mix of experienced and newcomer players from /k. We do not impose any members to have at least 300 wins or 1,000 hours of play time in order to join.

Please also remember, Dota 2 is just a game and there is no point for anyone to be all riled up and over upset due to the game. To make this easier to understand, I’ll try to summarize the major points that I want to highlight:

1. The objective of the game is to destroy the opponent’s ancient.
2. In order to achieve #1, the game is basically kill or be killed. This point needs to be registered and understood clearly.
3. No one, I mean, no one has any immunity while playing against each other. If the opponent killed you either while you were farming, defending or ganking, it is just how the game works. Be it while your team is winning or losing, it is basically a kill or be killed game.

If these points still does not get understood, I’ll use an analogy, there is no point getting riled up when stuck in a traffic jam in the middle of KL and blaming all the other road users for causing the jam. It is just the way the game is structured.

Though, I do understand the feeling of losing and getting killed again and again in a match, especially when being a new comer. I’ve been there and done that. Oh wait, I am still bad at the game and keep getting killed again and again. But instead of complaining of being killed, improve your game; understand more the reason why your team didn’t perform well in the match. Usually, it is basically due to the same reason again and again, it either:

1. Lack of understanding between teammates.
2. Not picking the right counter heroes against the opponent.
3. Allowing the opponent team to become fat.

So before complaining the opponent for killing you, you should blame it on yourself or your teammates 1st for allowing that to happen. It’s all about team play.

I hope this would be the last time I’m seeing this pattern in our thread. No one have immunity, not even the guild leaders; hg_runt and AmeiN.

Lastly, for the sake of everyone and this guild, please be respectful to each other and have fun.  And to Amy09 and Nojo, it’s time to kiss and make up. Let this skirmish between the two of you be settled. Both of you are valuable guild members and we love playing the game with both of you. So please, let peace be upon us.
