QUOTE(Mr.7 @ Apr 30 2016, 07:09 PM) Mobile Virtual Network Operator such as Tune Talk, Tron, Friendi, XOX etc. Tron is riding on DiGi network and they keep your line active for 365 days with each reload. Friendi on the other hand, keeps your line active for two months with each call made.

No Super Long Life option for DiGi Smart Prepaid ? Don't fret. I just learnt that just like the old DiGi Beyond Prepaid, this DiGi Smart Prepaid comes with a grace period of 90 days before DiGi terminates your line. So if your primary concern is just to keep your favorite number, as in it is ok not being able to make calls or sending SMS out. You only need to reload your DiGi Smart Prepaid with the lowest DiGi credit top-up value which is RM5 four times a year just to keep your number. The cost of doing so is just RM20 a year and best of all, you can use the credit in your account when your line is active. All you need to do to to mark your calendar so you won't forget to reload before the 90 days grace period is up.

QUOTE(digilife @ May 8 2016, 08:21 AM) Users here want SLL because they wanted an active validity sim all year round + Basic Internet for social apps like whatsapp/wechat/fb messenger while on the go & hook up onto wifi when at ofis/home/cybercafe/mamakcafes/free hotspots at the lowest possible cost. I see. While I just want to keep a number I don't really use but I don't want to let go the number either. So I'm gonna port out the number from Maxis to this DiGi Smart Prepaid soon.

QUOTE(dgboy @ May 8 2016, 02:51 PM) @MilesAndMore If you just want long life to park your number, I'd suggest porting to OneXoX for an initial 28 months validity. @digilife can help you with the porting. QUOTE(V3000 @ May 8 2016, 03:04 PM) Or for worry free try Tron RM10 get 365 validity. 1 years reload 1 time of RM10 Actually all this while I've been considering Tron. But now I think to port out to DiGi Smart Prepaid makes better sense because of the free data on weekend. I'll try to reload near weekend whenever possible to take advantage of the free weekend data. Besides, the DiGi Smart Prepaid monthly pass for data is cheaper too. I already have two postpaid lines that give me unlimited calls and texts. If I ever want to use the credit in my DiGi Smart Prepaid line, I'll most likely use it to purchase the data pass. This post has been edited by MilesAndMore: May 8 2016, 06:29 PM
