All I know is that if your plan is an older one, you can always convert to the newer one. However if your plan is a newer one you cannot convert to an older one.

Hi,
I have a question for SLL. My SLL going to expired at 05/07/2016. So i just reload RM50 for buying the SLL again. But now my phone digi app show that my line can active till 19/08/2016. So now can i wait till 19/08/2016 to reload my SLL plan? Btw, i am using V4 plan. Thanks |

Also please be transparent and inform us that DiGi has got nothing to do with it. I've asked DiGi Centre and they say that it's offered by vendors only. How you guys managed to hijack the system for sure looks funny to me. DiGi needs to do a lot of answering on their part. |
