QUOTE(dgboy @ Sep 13 2013, 06:04 PM) I have been loyal to D for 10 years. But recent few years really tak boleh tahan the service they provide.D have cheaper rates than T? This one I'm not sure cause I totally gave up on D. I just know T charge RM0.20 per min, but with 1 to 1 reload bonus, my actual cost is RM0.10 per min to all local networks. This rate is acceptable to me as a prepaid customer. However, does cheap rate really matters? I thought people who interest in long validity should be those who seldom makes calls (that's why they always can't use up their talktime credit and hope for a longer validity with their limited top ups). By the way, D have big share in T. Probably someday when T becomes popular, T will do what D is doing. That time I will have to port out from T and find other alphabet. |

Shit. I'm kinda outdated. Thought 365 days validity is the longest but I see other forumers mention about F with LIFETIME VALIDITY!
If got chance I'll get one for my mum. Call rate may not be the cheapest but the lifetime validity really draw my interest. |

@gavin_lim
Care to explain on 1 to 1 reload bonus? From the T website, I see 20% bonus if top up RM50. I sense most people prefer to stick with the devil they know. Probably, those light users have got used to paying RM30 for a year's validity, and consider that less risky than opting for an unknown operator that might shut down tomorrow. And, I'm outdated on T's rates. Have just revisited their website. I like the RM1/day for 30MB internet. This post has been edited by dgboy: Sep 14 2013, 04:40 PM |

QUOTE(gavin_lim @ Sep 14 2013, 03:40 PM) I'm not sure if F are operating in West Malaysia at the moment. And their lifetime validity requires a minimal use each month. Omit that and the plan lapses into 90 days grace period and you need to top up to rescue it.This post has been edited by dgboy: Sep 14 2013, 04:12 PM |

QUOTE(dgboy @ Aug 13 2013, 08:56 PM) Different lo THank you! Damn that minus 3rm change plan thg, ppl are poor now Hit RM1 (Old Best) - 36 sen/min till spend RM1, then 12 sen/min rest of day, basic sms rate 10 sen New Best - 20 sen/min, except 06 sen for the first 10 seconds and 20 sen for the next 02 minutes, basic sms rate 08 sen basically, the new plan is better for light users making short calls old plan is better for long calls, or many calls in a day anyone looking for Super Long Life is likely a light user, so I think change the plan not really an issue |

QUOTE(-CoupeFanatic- @ Aug 13 2013, 05:11 AM) OK so i spent some time with it. Yeah! This works! Thanks for the advice. apparently you have to manually activate the update, so i updated from OLD to NEW Best prepaid with the cost of RM3.00. they still charge for this shit. use *128*1*4# then got option to change plan then only i activated the rm30 (365days) super long life thing. getting more and more complicated. |

those validity do not stack, so it's better to wait till close to expiry date
