Guyss any apps that can limit block or monitor which apps is using data?

My data plan used to last one month, with balance. Now half into the month reach 80%

And i dont even use much data plan

If you dont want to use any command line, dont want to download any stuff, you can still try to "Restrict background data". Go to setting, Data Usage, press the option (3 vertical dots on top).

Thanks man. Though i dunno how to use it yet.

Anyways, is there a method to know which app is using internet?
I know the built in has it but not really accurate in my opinion

If there is a specific apps or command that can point out which apps is using internet using my data plan itd be great
