Xperia Z Ultra looks promising. Faster CPU, better camera, bigger screen, thinner profile and simply cooler.

QUOTE(teckyang97 @ Aug 25 2013, 11:21 AM) What? All nexus phones are underpriced?Durr. You do know that the nexus 4 is subsidized by google and that's why it's cheap right? The Nexus One, Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus was not that much cheaper compared to similar spec-ed phones. |

QUOTE(illuminarias @ Aug 25 2013, 04:44 PM) What? All nexus phones are underpriced? I don't think Nexus 4 is subsidized by Google. Google just managed to somehow persuade those brands to sell it at lower price. Their cost price should be lower than the price Google selling. Durr. You do know that the nexus 4 is subsidized by google and that's why it's cheap right? The Nexus One, Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus was not that much cheaper compared to similar spec-ed phones. Take Asus and LG for example, by letting Asus and LG to manufacture Nexus 7 and Nexus 4 respectively, google managed to sort of help them to get into android market else this market should be now fully dominated by Samsung and HTC with no place for LG and Asus to stand. Just my thoughts. Some ppl will eventually come out with the cost price of those devices (I remember they did calculate the cost for first gen Nexus 7). Then you will know that their cost price is actually still lower than Google's selling price. Actually... Not Nexus underpriced. We should say other brands overpriced |

Their cost price should be lower than the price Google selling. I prefer lower hardware with great optimization just like what iPhone did. They don't need quad core to make things smooth because of their optimize so well. They don't need S800/600 to make thing smooth. |

QUOTE(Xirality @ Aug 26 2013, 12:57 AM) I'm using PAC ROM now and I like how I can change the color but I found PAC ROM is so crowded. AOKP don't have 4.3 yet To be honest you wouldn't miss a lot if you decide to stick with a 4.2 based ROMs for now. I am still using CM10.1, I rather wait for them to mature a bit more first before jumping to CM10.2. |

Anyway, what's the big difference between 4.2 and 4.3, when I bought this Nexus it comes with 4.3 straight. one more thing, the "dark theme" toggle is from CM or AOKP? Their cost price should be lower than the price Google selling. nexus 7 & 4 only cheap at those google play enable country.. outside the 5 country it aint cheap.. of course nobody sell at cost. manufacturing cost did not put into account R&D and stuff. u should also count the middleman, the transportation cost, tax, distributor and agent all want money.Take Asus and LG for example, by letting Asus and LG to manufacture Nexus 7 and Nexus 4 respectively, google managed to sort of help them to get into android market else this market should be now fully dominated by Samsung and HTC with no place for LG and Asus to stand. We should say other brands overpriced nexus 7 are completely overprice here, galaxy nexus are sold for the same price as xperia s, the nexus 4 are a little bit cheaper here in malaysia compared to lots of country and even lot more country never ever get the nexus 4. but still the biggest bang for the buck goes to Sony (atleast here.) the ZL/Z/Zr are marginally more expensive but the spek is far better. for 200 more can get better screen, better camera, sdcard, bigger battery and waterproof.. so even though i love nexus device, but i never own one simply because it ain't the biggest bang on the buck.. |

Can I just factory reset and flash the latest cm 10.1.2 back |
