i got xun-xun when she was 500gms..
my breeder goes to dr.dillon, so i purposely went 2 dr.yeoh 4 da check up. she was ok, jus some flaky skin.
now she is almost 2kgs d.
fatty girl.

so mochi u hv 2 feed her til she grow fat fat owh..
some disease r inherited. 1st i din know jack-jack has glaecoma. went to see his parents dat day, scan parent's microchip everything 2 verify its da real parents. the parents look very very healthy. so if see parents oso, u wouldnt know whether da pup is ok or not.

sigh, really hv 2 b careful in handling these lil lives.

oh.. so if an adult maltese weights about 4.4lbs then its a tiny toy ..

An adult maltese shld weight at least 4pounds(2kg) is it?
at which age muz be that weight?

even thought of buying orijen and hand it to the breeder first, so can let hugo eat orijen when he's starting can eat kibbles ler.
is that a good idea?

i think by 4 months should b 2kgs lor..
handing orijen 2 da breeder will b sorta a good idea, cos Hugo will get used 2 orijen when u take him bac.
puppy should start eating kibbles when he/she is around 6weeks, but nowadays they feed them kibbles soaked wif water when they're around 4 weeks old.

OK DEN! I WILL BUY ORIJEN AND HAND TO THE BREEDER ON THE 1ST WEEK OF AUGUST!
4WEEKS OLD CAN EAT KIBBLES SOAK WITH WATER RITE?
OK ! WHEN I VIEW HUGO ON 1sT WEEK OF AUGUST HE IS 4WEEKS OLD ALREADY!

LOL!!!!! i think when i fetch hugo back, the pack still haven finish..
coz feed hugo on 4weeks then till 8 weeks i fetch him back...
So only 4weeks, can hugo finish all arh?

i think u can jus giv her 1 tao fu fah container of orijen lor.
they oni take around 5-8 kibbles 1 meal..

5-8 enough?? how many meals it shld eat?? can eat 4 meals a day?
when it starts to eat kibbles, do they still drink milk from the mother?


To yang: I buy the 1st pack of orijen at a shop near my hse first, coz im giving it to the breeder on the 1st week of august.. and that time haven fetch hugo back yet.. will get back the stuffs i wan from u when hugo turns 8weeks old.. get ready..

ya around 5-8 will b enuf, depending on da size n appetite. last time my breeder told me should feed bout every 3-4 hours. when they r small they need more food. jus like baby when small every meal oso around 3-4 hours ma.

Baby more jialat every 2-3 hr must drink milk milk.

Oh then i tell her to register my name lor.. !

Then i tell her to feed the baby every 3-4hrs den.

no nit 2 tell her la..
i think she knows ade..
she more pro-er than me ler..

whao .. hugo is so tiny

At home, my boy seems so huge but when I bring him out to the park, he looks very tiny too . I think he's 5kg like that. When i carry him, it feels like I'm carrying 5kg rice - HEAVY!! And my bf dun want to help me carry him. He says it looks weird asking a guy to carry a doggie .

Shocking news to me..hahaha

Juz now the breeder told me that aaron knows tht newspaper is for doing business wan lei.
She got a small box put newspaper , when hugo's mother go toliet, The breeder will put the puppy in the toliet box, and he knws wad to do.
But of coz the baby still not controling very well la.. but he knws that newspaper is for him to do his business wan lei..
everytime put him in , he will urine alot.
Wad a smart dog.

Btw.. hugo opened half eyes today.
She also say i can view him next week if i wan..

It will register under her name, then if you want, need to go MKA change ownership.

Not your name loh.... no such thing unless you become MKA member, then the breeder can transfer ownership of pup to you and then your name will be at the back of the cert as proof.

What she meant is what name you want on the cert.... as in puppy's name lah. LOL.... not your name.

Normally we don't choose the names, the breeders put it like Chelsea's registered name is Riccaval's Esprit, my Tammy is A Yellow Snow Pearl and Toby is Smart Benny.... all those names the breeders put down.... but now the breeder let you choose your own loh.
