Anyone can advise on this two property - Aurora Lake Side City (Puchong) by Masteron VS Metia Residence (Shah Allam) by Huayang.
Price after rebate about the same. Which better any sifu?

Price for Aurora after rebate is about 480K while Metia Type A (1224 sqft) after rebate also about 480K. Not much different. Saw lots of development surrounding Tasik Prima Puchong lately so curious and interesting.
How you guys think of it?

Ya true, so anyone of the buyer here already sign the SPA and pay the 10%?
