What about the recently VP Subang Andaman (indah alam)......located oppsite CSR factory......looks like a calmer area .......will b good for own stay......freehold......also has ok rentall demand......subsale now around 425k onwards....taikors...will this a good BUY.....i am looking at rental now and maybe own stay later......
Do any taikor knows about this place pls give ur inputS .........

I have viewed a few units at Alam Idaman and I had the intention of viewing Subang Andaman too until it occurred to me that as long as CSR(sugar factory) is right opposite, there will always be risk of factory workers living in the same condo as you. FYI, Alam Idaman is also below street level, limited access road and (for me) the carpark looks like a flat. Also, if there are events at the stadium, at least you don't have to turn right along with the traffic, after coming off Federal Highway(from KL).

In the end, I chose Metia. With the kind of prices the owners of Alam Idaman was asking at that time(RM320K to RM330K), if you include transactional costs, it is already close to RM350K. Might as well buy Metia(allows me to save for another 3 years), which I did.

I dont think so factory workers can afford to pay rent at subang andamanlah........same time the pool area quite impressive........
