Oh also theres a difference in floor level, early buyers is lower floors your unit is high floor, may get nice golf view also if facing acapella fingers crossed

Ya I used them before, only one thing, they are abit slow to update their system.
Sometimes I made my payment but they still send me a late payment notice, but after twice clarifying with branch I learnt to ignore it dy ... lol

Flexi isnt not conventional loan tho. Gotta pay maintenance fees for withdrawal flexibility ..

Think you gotta clarify that. Last I heard base on profit sharing, may work out higher than a fixed say 2 or 3pc rate
