That day I also read in property magazine that hua yang bought a piece of land near the mines. I'm also wondering what they will built there.

Any new target?
Location wise which is good for metia, vista and alam sanjung?
Found that vista alam quite high densed
Metia layout quite pratical and lower densed

Ermm still scouting la..shah alam not to say very familiar but the 3 property that u said 1 of it v rejected. 1 of it service apartment no more but still lots of soho. Lastly is this 1.. still looking. Location wise each got their pros n cons le. Really hard to say. Vista in front of hospital ,easier to rent out n neart to future mrt/lrt. Metia I need to pay a visit but generally nearer to ameneties.. so really depend on what u want and what is ur goal

this developer have a way of market their product.. most of their product launching punya legal fees, stamp duty disbursement bear by them and 10% rebate to make it attractive
