hmm... to go z or XZU... which one...
owners of both XZU and Z out there, what's your take on things that Z should have that ultra can offer, and the other way round?

thanks for the input so far.
few things pondering in mind: 1. wifi stability of XZU (sony's all along issues with poor wifi chip. did xzu overcame this? [try turning on bluetooth connected to your headset and connecting to wifi see how it turns out]) 2. battery <- i think this one very subjective on how personal usage. smart users will know how to manage battery well and vice versa. 3. pocketability of xzu might not really be a keen device for active users out there even though it's waterproof.
guess item no.1 is something interesting? anyone wanna give it a go?
still thinking... and i start seeing price dipping to sub 2k mark for xzu already. while a decent new set of xperia z can go to as low as 1.4k. yet that screen that takes pencil, poison at it's best.

shot myself with a black xzu. impressive.
didn't really think about "pocketability"...
i think a good advise is, if you worry about lugging a 6 inch monster, you will have to adapt to the fact. rather that letting the fact adapt to you. else you won't enjoy the phone as much.
very very impressed. still toying around with it... hahaha..

QUOTE(jinaun @ Aug 5 2013, 03:14 PM) i would prefer sony remove their branding from in front and leave it at the back like nexus/ipon the whole front is stylish black but the word is distracting i wonder what happens if we tear the shatterproof layer . will the "sony" go away like the z? mine's scratched already. hairline. probably from a jeans rivet that i didn't notice of. or in a handbag full of keys coins yada yada.

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Aug 5 2013, 03:25 PM) You don't use case? What is your color? black. if use case don't look as thin la. haha. actually it's pretty solid and well built. but, as your screen property grows, there will be higher risk of getting scratches also.
