The writing using stylus so far I can only use pencil. It doesn't work with my old ballpen n plastic stylus
You can only use Sony keyboard n must select write mode n write on the pad. I see no point using it as it is too troublesome to invoke it.  You need to write slowly to have accurate capture. I rate it hopeless to me.
At first I thought can just write straightaway on any note app without all these constraints

Quick update on Screen on time : Started off at 96% and at 47 % battery usage , I recorded 3 hours . So if projected, reaching 6 hours SOT shouldn't be a problem. The 3 hours usage this morning was on browsing, email, RSS newsfeed, ( all on 3G) , taking photos and an hour video playback

One thing I'm curious, do you get people staring at you one kind  when you answer the phone outside? Ie.. why is that fella holding a brick?

Or just no attention coz a lot of larger phones in the market nowadays?

Finally found the Xperia Z Ultra unboxing.



The retail unit is preloaded with old interface, old wallpaper, old launcher, not the latest where show in the press!     

At the end, it even show Bravia Engine 2 instead of X-Reality ... ...

It seems Sony is rush on it, hopefully soon new firmware will out with new interface and X-Reality.

I just check Sony Hong Kong site where mention new firmware with X-Reality will only be start rolling out from 9/Sept onwards.

well, because they need to come out  before Note 3. Else, no one will buy Z ultra.

Most phone come out with half baked firmware. I won't be surprise if they incorporate palm rejection in the next iteration of firmware.

Speaking of which, Galaxy Mega launched firmware is awesome. Work awesome right out of box

all major samsung launches in KL attract a lot of people. Majority of people still idolize samsung devices. They are indeed good all-rounder devices, performance and function IMHO.

Just pointing out that even a brand like Sony can now command such crowd. Its worth the mention as how Sony Ericsson branded phones before never had such attraction like now.

No worries bro, the beloved Samsung will still be no.1 market leader..
Was sticking on SP at the counter there and 3 person bought XZU, and 2 person XZ.. a lot more were asking for XZU obviously.
