what I'm trying to say is there are other Full HD IP58 phones in the market which are not from Sony
*
correct me if I am wrong but as far as I know only Z Ultra is IP 58 (1080p) and ZR (720p) also

true i went with cash to buy tis baby..d moment saw the size i had to cancel my plan...too big to put on ear n talk for long time n put in a pocket while sitting down...

Because of this it will lose market share to Samsung, HTC and other phablets. Even Samsung mega is almost the same size but much shorter.

It should come out with the zl version which will probably cut down the size by 1 inch plus then it will be more user friendly.

Nah it won't. I been charging my XZU with HTC One charger. It's all good although it charge much slower than the original charger which is rated 1.5A

The XZU is about 1.2 cm longer than the Mega 6.3 due to its exceptionally longer bottom bexel

But it is so much slimmer by 1.5 mm that it is very obvious comparing it side by side

If you worry about such, than stick to original charger/cable
As for me I am using my ipad 2.1A charger and it charges it full from about 5% in about 2.25 hours
Spoiling the phone/battery never even occur to me and I have been faithfully using my ipad charger to charge all my phones for past 6-7 years already !!!

Why you ask me to "chill". You want an opinion and I am giving you an honest one. I am telling you very frankly. If you have any doubt use back original charger/cable. DO NOT listen to us who tell you is safe - it is your phone not ours...

Use stamina mode
Disable any active refresh of data that you don't need. You need check each of your app that does that
With these easily you can have 6-7 hours SOT

on stamina mode, off auto sync, turn off bluetooth and wifi (xzu has the location base wifi) when not using, turn down screen brightness as it is the main source for draining, check for wakelocks, turn off mobile data also if ur not using.
