Hi Guys,
I know the Xperia Z does not support exFAT format on a 64GB SD Card.
Does the Xperia ZU support the exFAT format? Can't seem to find any specification on this on sony website.

YES. I am using Sandisk 64gb class 10 exfat format on it since day one. On XZ you need it to be fat32.
Now even on tablet xperia z lte version on its latest 4.2.2 can use by default. Previously I need to root on 4.1.2 to use it

XTZ supporting exFAT is good news. Gonna reformat my mSD tonite after flashing to 4.2.2 but moving all the files out of the mSD and later moving it in again is doh.gif

XTZ on 4.2.2 any significant advantage/improvement over the earlier 4.1.x?

previously someone mentioned about "magnetic charging cable" that is sold on Taobao

any idea what this "Charging Cable with Magnetic Connector EC21" is?
is it something to connect the dock to the power outlet, or a charging cable by itself?

it's on sony's page, link below, look at the "Kit Contents"

good to know there are others with similar thoughts

found something, it's a seperated cable
http://youtu.be/kOPamU7EXC8?t=1m6s

now, the question comes: will the cable be compatible with XZ & XTZ too?

Nope, the metal contacts on the XZ are different compared to the XZU. XZ are closely placed, while XZU are separated a bit by a magnetic plate in the middle.

Not sure about the TabZ though
